How it works
1. Book a live virtual consultation
Choose either a 30 minute or a 60 minute live session with a licensed home safety Occupational Therapist, to discuss concerns regarding your, or your loved one's home.
Not sure of your timing? That's ok! Our flexible scheduling allows you to cancel or re-schedule your consultation up to 1 hour before your start time.
2. Take your photos when you want

Simple and fast; most home photos take less than 5 minutes to complete.
Take your photos in advance, or during your session.
3. Discuss your home with an expert
At the time of your scheduled session, you will receive a link to connect to a licensed home safety Occupational Therapist via your choice of either phone or video call. We'll review your home together, and customize safety tips based on your concerns, needs, and budget.
4. Receive your Home Safety Report
After your live session, you will receive a complimentary My Home Safety Report via email,
with a detailed guide summarizing your safety plan.

Meet your Occupational Therapist
My name is Cordelia Biddle, OTL. I’m a licensed Occupational Therapist and have specialized in home care and home safety for over 8 years. I graduated with a BA from Duke University in 2009, and received my Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in my hometown of Philadelphia, PA in 2017. Before I even began my occupational therapy studies, I knew I wanted to focus on geriatric care, specifically in the home setting. Through my current work as a home care Occupational Therapist, I focus on optimizing independence and safe living for older adults, allowing them to age-in-place gracefully, safely, and with dignity. I aim to reduce fall risk and hospitalizations from injuries by making recommendations to modify activities and home set up. I address reduced mobility/balance issues, weakness and decreased endurance, low vision, and cognitive issues such as memory loss, in order to keep people safe. I love what I do! I look forward to working with you and your loved ones to help keep everyone in their home, safe and happy.

How much is a consultation?

Yes! Hopefully with their permission, though we do not require consent of the homeowner.Do I have to take photos of the home?
Photos are not required, though they are helpful as a visual tool for the occupational therapist.What if I need to cancel or reschedule my consultation?
Easy! We offer a full refund for cancellations submitted up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time. You may also reschedule for free any time up to 1 hour prior to your session.
No refunds are offered for no-shows, cancellations requested within 1 hour of session start time.How do I cancel / reschedule my consultation?

This specific service is an out of pocket expense. We do not accept any health insurance as payment.What if my consultation time is up but I have more questions?
We are here for you! At the end of your session, you will have the opportunity to extend your session in 30 minute increments, as needed (for an additional $55 each) as long as your occupational therapist has availability! You may also book a follow-up home safety consultation any time! Follow ups are 30 or 60 minutes, and you may upload more photos if needed. Lastly, use our FREE Home Safety Chat feature any time for instant advice.
